Architectural Design Guidelines

River Oaks Estates design guidelines have been developed to attract the discriminating Buyer. Our teams worked hard to feature the unique golf course environment and preserve high property values for all River Oaks Estates homeowners.

The specifics of these design guidelines can be found in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. They are available for your consideration; as well as for you builder's and Architect's review. You will also want to refer to the Zoning ordinances of the City of West Jordan.

All improvements on a River Oaks Estates Lot requires review and approval by the Architectural Control Committee in accordance with the procedures set fourth in the design guidelines.

We have contracted with Jim Darling, Principal Architect, JDA Darling Architecture of Salt Lake City. He has established a two-part process for each homeowner to submit their plans; the initial Preliminary Plan Application and the Construction Document Review. This system will help to make your River Oaks building experience a positive one!
